Grievances

Manly OOSH aims to ensure that the needs and expectations of the stakeholders and school community are met. If an individual has feedback to offer or a complaint about the service, they should talk to the Manly OOSH Director. If a complaint is not handled to the satisfaction of the person making the complaint, they should discuss the issue with the Manly OOSH PMC President.
